HOW TO ORDER
As you browse each of our categories, you can select items you wish to purchase by clicking the Add to Cart icon. When youre ready to check out, click the Checkout icon and follow the easy instructions provided. At any time you wish to view what you have ordered, click on the View Cart icon.
All prices are in US dollars. Because our prices are so low, we do not offer wholesale pricing outside of offering discounts based on amount spent. Sorry, NO cashiers checks, money orders or personal checks are accepted. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only - no shipments on weekends and holidays. MERZIEs prefers on-line orders, as this is where our inventory is maintained.
Outside of busy seasonal periods, most orders are shipped during normal business days within 48 hours if received by noon during normal business days. A reminder, during the holidays things get a bit hectic, and orders sometimes take 3-5 business days to fill and availability of stock will fluctuate. PLAN AHEAD AND ORDER EARLY!
Orders Outside The Contiguous United States
Orders must be prepaid in US funds. Allow at least 2 weeks for delivery. In addition, Canadian customers are responsible for paying duties and applicable taxes upon receipt of their orders.
BACK ORDERs
No back orders other then prepaid special orders. You are welcome to email us (ordering @ merzies.com) regarding in-stock availability dates on any out-of-stock item that you are interested in purchasing.

To keep our costs low, and because Merzies is tree-friendly, our catalog is on-line so check back often as we are constantly adding merchandise.
DISCOUNTs (special orders not included)
We do offer discounts on volume purchases (excluding shipping and handling charges). We make every effort to keep our prices as low as possible; however, we obviously cannot control silver prices which are still currently extremely high. Only 1 coupon code can be used per qualified order:
