If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return, for a full merchandise refund, within 10 days of package receipt - shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

All return merchandise must be in original condition.  Shipping fees are refundable for replacement of broken or incorrectly shipped merchandise to include cost for you to ship back to Merzies sterling & stone.  Please let Merzies know that you are returning your merchandise & remember to include a printout of your invoice with your note stating why you are returning - thx in advance.
